DIFRATELLI USA offers a 5-year warranty, pledging against material defects or installation issues. If any product, part, or component experiences failures during normal use, our Technical Assistance service can be contacted for possible replacements or repairs at no additional cost.”

Please, note that, although our products have warranty, there are some exceptions to this warranty, such as:”

• Damages caused by lack of proper care or misuse of the products.
• General accidents or signs of unauthorized interference.
• Components manufactured by third parties (such as light bulbs) are not covered.
• Normal wear and tear, such as fading over time or exposure to light or smoke, is not covered.
• Damages arising from the use of the products in any manner other than as recommended by us are not covered.
• Alterations made by anyone not authorized by our Technical Assistance are not covered.

During the scheduled visit, your consultant will explain all the specific warranty coverage details relevant to your location and address any inquiries you may have. Once your installation is complete, you will receive a printed copy of the warranty for your records.”
